-Week Long Preseason Team Training
-Training 2 times per week during Fall (August-November) & Spring (April-June)
-8 game Fall & 8 game Spring season in IWSL or YSSL
-1 Fall tournament and 1 spring tournament
*Select teams may do an additional tournament, indoor training or similar throughout the year.
-1 training session per week during indoor season (December - March)
- Indoor league (December - March). Indoor leagues can be played at Westmont, Naperville, or Schaumburg (TBD).
-Optional goalkeeping and skills sessions
-All sessions and games managed by licensed coaches
-Player evaluation from coach once per year
-Access to Playmetrics communication resources
